Rights of Passage Sessions

The purpose of the 'Rights of Passage' sessions is to assist and advise our Young Women of what it means to be a Woman. As our Daughters are on the verge of Womanhood it is up to us to guide them. I provide the tools and the knowledge to navigate these waters. Womanhood is sacred and is laden with responsibilities. Our young women need our love and support!

The Time is Now for Change!

WE ARE THE WOMEN, we bring life into this world. We are sacred and must hold ourselves to very high standards. We do not have a "history" we have "herstory". Let's explore our herstory. In the ancient civilizations both Men and Women were equal and both were respected for the qualities they each possessed. Many of these ancient societies are being remembered today. The ideals that they held and the ways they lived will be revealed to us. We will put to use this ancient wisdom and create…. "ourstory". HUMANITY HAS BEEN LIVING IN THE DARK AGES for thousands of years. Women are not equal. Women have been put down, controlled, raped, abused both physically, verbally and mentally. Our society debases a woman's sexuality in the media. Children and Women are kept as sex slaves for the pleasure of mentally twisted men. Many young women in this day and age feel that they must give their bodies sexually to a boy/man in order to be accepted and or loved. They know no other way. This is what it is like to live in the dark ages, to live with 'HIStory'….Now is the time to Remember who we really are and create a new way to live. TOOLS AND TEACHINGS TO BECOME A STRONG YOUNG WOMAN: There are many books a woman can read. I encourage Mothers to help their Daughters choose books. There are self awareness practices that one can engage in, either on their own or with a teacher/practitioner. Such are Reiki, learning about the Chakras, self help books, self empowerment activities, meditation courses/mindfulness meditation sessions that are affordable and available all over. Women's studies. Physical activity is a must! This is one of the most important things a person can do to be mentally healthy. Yes, I said Mentally. Eating well and staying Hydrated. All processed foods MUST be only a once in a while indulgence. Drinking water, constantly is a must. Staying hydrated keeps one's body and mind sharp. THE WOMEN OF TODAY ARE ON A NEW PATH. A path where self doubt, self loathing, and self sabotage will no longer be the norm. This is what has been holding us down and keeping us in a powerless state. The Young Women of today will no longer tolerate this way of living. The Children of tomorrow will not be subject to this powerless way of being. As women it is up to us to teach our daughters well. We are the bringers of LIFE, we are the keepers of Children. We must be healthy, strong and respected! Join me in this quest for change!
